When submitting your service request online, this will become a binding agreement between Lone Star Iron Doors or (“Contractor”), and the party named Above, whether Owner/Company/Responsible Bill to Party (herein, “Owner”), for services rendered at property address above and for the consideration described in this agreement.

Payments: Payments shall be paid within 15 days after completion of the job.

Obligations of Contractor:

1. Work shall be completed in a workman-like manner & in compliance with all building codes and other applicable laws.

2. To the extent required by code or law, all work should be performed by individuals duly licensed and authorized by law to perform the work.

3. Contractor may engage sub- contractor to perform work hereunder, provided contractor shall fully pay any sub-contractor, and continue and continue to be responsible for the performance and quality of the work.

4. Contractor agrees to use every reasonable source to acquire materials that are available from the usual sources.

Warranty of Workmanship: Contractor warranties extend to defective workmanship or defective materials during the following warranty periods:

1. Full Touch Up/ Paint Refinish: One Year. This warranty does not cover damage caused by paint, acid, or other chemicals or adhesives being applied to the door.

2. Repairs/ Welding or modifications: One Year on Labor & Parts. This warranty does not include damaged caused by 3rd party factors.

3. Glass Replacement: double pane glass from moisture penetration and fogging as a result of normal operation for a period of 5 years. Glass that is scratched or damaged as a result of pets or foreign objects is not covered under this warranty. Scratches identified in glass after the installation is performed are not covered. Damages caused by accident, misuse, abuse or improper installation are not covered by this warranty. Labor warranty is 90 days.

4. Locksets /Hardware(Includes Pivots & Closers): Locksets, hardware and other door components are covered under the conditions of each respective manufacturer’s warranties and are only covered under warranty for 90 days for labor after installation. Service charges may be applied to any repair or replacement for labor for any components on the door after the 90 days have expired from the day of the installation.
